As a concept, RISE reentry involves a partnership program to address the issues necessary to ensure that offenders successfully transition and maintain a crime-free existence following post-release. Some of those programs include education, job training or vocational experience, housing, and/or substance abuse, mental health treatment, and other support services deemed necessary for treatment.
